Born in the very heart of Plaza del Parque, Madagascar Café has spent more than 25 years weaving the everyday stories of Ibiza. Its terrace one of the city’s most recognizable looks out toward the Dalt Vila walls and pulses to the rhythm of the Vara de Rey promenade: sunny breakfasts, coffee with friends, spur of the moment aperitifs, and unhurried nights of toasts.

We are open all year round
We’re open all year, from late morning until well into the early hours.
We start the day with breakfasts (toast, pastries, sandwiches, fresh juices, and smoothies); continue with an uninterrupted kitchen serving tapas, salads, pizzas, and sandwiches at reasonable prices; and at night, the spotlight shifts to the bar: classic and signature cocktails, mojitos including summer twists with mango, strawberry, and watermelon along with great sangrias, beers, and wines.
